The work was completed efficiently, and my car was ready when promised. I appreciated the clear communication, fair pricing, and quality service throughout the visit. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I'd return for future tire and automotive maintenance needs.

My car has air conditioning again, and I am so relieved. The Firestone team evaluated the issue, recharged the system, and got everything working properly at a reasonable price. They also did a few courtesy checks while the car was in, which I always appreciate. The team is friendly, the service is quick, and they explain things in a way that feels honest and easy to understand. The A/C is blowing cold again with no problems. I would happily return for future service.

@firestone offering a 50,000 mile warranty on tires only to deny this. They also put 4 new tires on when I clearly stated that I needed the one in the back that was leaking air (which you can see by this screw) repaired. So they asked me to clear out my entire car when they could’ve simply jacked up my car to patch up one screw. Now I have to spend more hours here which means I’ve lost any chance of working and earning anything from busking and still pay for service that should have all been covered by warranty. Warning to anyone with a car, I know sometimes flat tires happen and we can’t really escape the trap of having to get them repaired where we can. I will say that Firestone has shown their peak corporate bullshit refusing to cover a 50,000 mile warranty for a tire with less than 25k on it because of tread, that’s also a fault of your tires you said are good for 50k. What type of deceit is that?!!? Just the continuous corporate greed exploiting someone living out of their car. So go elsewhere a place that’s more affordable and fair, or a place that actually honors warranties and gets consent from their customers.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. All my vehicles come here for select types of services. Getting new tires for my appraised stored 300ZX was a mistake. The claims process was devastating. The damages done to my custom wheels was absolutely unpleasant. The outrageous amount of scratches and dents from the wheel clamps displayed carelessness. The claims department acknowledged the damages on 9.25.25 @ 1:57pm. The very next 9.26.25 @ 11:53am they denied all liability and claim. They disregarded all communications in reference to photos and details. The Wheel Doctor provided feedback and unfortunately not repairable. The Wheel Doctor confirmed my wheels were damaged by their machine. The custom wheels are discontinued. Discount Tires provided feedback without even seeing photos and was able to describe the type of damage that looks like a snake bite. I laid a fabric tape measured between the damages as in the photo. I provided contact information for the Wheel Doctor so Firestone can reach and confirm the information I provided. Their mentality at this point is “take it leave it.” They offered $500.00 and would not have an open discussion. Do you not take you

While I appreciate the alignment service I received, my experience at this location was less than ideal. My 1 PM appointment ran significantly late, with the service concluding closer to 2PM. It appeared the shop was short-staffed, and the team seemed disengaged, which impacted the overall customer experience. The location itself is also in a less desirable part of town. I want to specifically highlight the positive experience I had with the lady at the front desk. Her customer service was outstanding, and she was a great listener. However, due to the long wait times, apparent staffing issues, and general atmosphere, I’ll likely explore other Firestone locations for future services. I hope this feedback can help improve the customer experience at this particular shop.
